Our Teachers

photo Rhea Stevenson

Rhea grew up in the Michigan countryside playing music with her brother Justin in their basement studio.  She played electric and classical guitar, clarinet, piano, and percussion instruments. While Justin went on to become a big-time musician in NYC, Rhea pursued a teaching career.  Since graduation from Mac Murray College in Illinois in 1995, she has taught Deaf and Hard of Hearing children, American Sign Language, preschool, and elementary school aged children.  She moved to Flagstaff in 2006  and began Music Together® with her son Logan when he was an infant.  "Seeing the changes in my son and how he responded to Music Together was pure magic.  I am so thankful to have this opportunity to share the joys of music with the families of Flagstaff!"  Rhea took over the Directorship in August 2015 and is thrilled to continue the legacy that Kristina has created.  Making music in the Flagstaff community has and continues to be her passion!

Jenny Woodcock enjoyed a music-filled childhood and is excited to share the magic of music-making with others! Jenny began performing for audiences at the age of 6 as "Annie" in elementary school and continued to sing and dance her way through high school and college as "Ado Annie" in Oklahoma, "Frenchy" in Grease, and the lead in "Peter Pan" at Southern Utah University. With 4 children ranging in age from 7 to 26 years and 23 years as a morning radio host, Jenny finds "Music Together" to be a perfect blend of her true passions for childhood learning, music, and fun!
